Cheese Layer
- 2 cups Cheese (shredded)

Instructions
- Mix Beans and Seasoning: In a bowl, combine the refried beans and taco seasoning thoroughly until smooth and evenly seasoned.
- Layer Beans: Spread the seasoned refried beans evenly across the bottom of a 13” x 9” casserole dish to form the first layer.
- Add Guacamole: Spoon and spread a generous layer of guacamole over the beans, creating a creamy layer that contrasts with the beans beneath.
- Spread Sour Cream: Smoothly spread a layer of sour cream on top of the guacamole, adding a tangy, rich component to the dip.
- Top with Cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the sour cream layer, providing a flavorful and melty texture.
- Add Tomatoes: Distribute the diced fresh tomatoes evenly above the cheese, adding juiciness and freshness to the dip.
- Finish with Olives and Onions: Garnish the dip with sliced black olives and finely chopped green onions to add a salty and mildly pungent flavor as the top layer.
- Chill Before Serving: Cover the dish tightly and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld and the layers to set nicely before serving.

- Vegetarian friendly as written; to make vegan, substitute sour cream and cheese with plant-based alternatives.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping.
- For a spicier version, add finely chopped jalapeños or hot sauce to the guacamole or beans.
