Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces. Toss the chicken pieces with olive oil and chicken seasoning until evenly coated. Thread 4 pieces tightly onto each of the sixteen 6-inch bamboo skewers, ensuring they fit comfortably for the cooking method.
- Air Fry the Chicken Skewers: Place the skewers in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Depending on your air fryer size, cook them in batches to avoid overcrowding. Air fry at 400°F (204°C) for 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and starts to brown.
- Brush with Garlic Parmesan Sauce: Carefully flip the chicken skewers to the other side. Brush generously with the garlic parmesan sauce over the chicken pieces. Return to the air fryer and cook for an additional 2 minutes at 400°F to allow the sauce to set and slightly caramelize.
