Fluffy Pumpkin Latte Base
- 3 tablespoons marshmallow fluff
- ¼ cup pumpkin spice sauce
- 1 tablespoon Nutella
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 ounces espresso
- ice, as needed
- 8 ounces milk (of choice)
For Topping
- 1 batch Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam (or whipped cream)
Instructions
- Prepare Cup: Use the back of a spoon to spread 3 tablespoons of marshmallow fluff around the sides of a 20 to 24 ounce cup to create a sweet, decorative coating. Set the cup aside.
- Mix Espresso Base: In a separate glass, combine ¼ cup pumpkin spice sauce, 1 tablespoon Nutella, and a pinch of salt. Brew 2 ounces of espresso directly over this mixture to infuse the flavors.
- Froth Mixture: Use a hand frother to vigorously mix the pumpkin espresso mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- Assemble Latte: Fill the prepared cup three-quarters full with ice, and pour in 8 ounces of your preferred milk.
- Add Pumpkin Espresso: Gently pour the pumpkin espresso mixture over the milk and ice, allowing the flavors to blend.
- Top with Cold Foam: Prepare 1 batch of Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam (or use whipped cream) and spoon it generously over the top of the latte. Serve immediately with a straw or enjoy the cold foam as is.
Notes
- Use any milk of choice: dairy, almond, oat, or soy work well.
- To make Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam, froth milk with pumpkin spice syrup until foamy.
- Adjust sweetness by modifying the amount of marshmallow fluff or pumpkin spice sauce.
- For a hot version, skip the ice and heat the milk before adding espresso mixture and foam.
