Instructions

  1. Prepare Kielbasa Bites: Slice the kielbasa sausage into bite-sized pieces. Brown them in a skillet over medium heat until starting to crisp, about 3-4 minutes. In a small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Pour the sauce mixture over the browned kielbasa and simmer for 5–7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken slightly.
  2. Make Buffalo Chicken Dip: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese. Spread mixture into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and hot throughout.
  3. Prepare Jalapeño Poppers: Halve and seed the jalapeños. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and garlic powder. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a 400°F (200°C) oven for 20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and cheese is melted.
  4. Assemble Mini Meatball Sliders: Slice slider buns and place the bottom halves on a baking tray. Add one cooked meatball on each bun, spoon marinara sauce over them, and sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top. Place the buns’ tops on and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and buns are warmed.
  5. Prepare Spinach Artichoke Dip: Mix chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese in a bowl. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes or until hot and melted.
  6. Prepare Loaded Potato Skins: Bake russet potatoes whole until tender. Allow to cool, then cut in half and scoop out the centers, leaving shells intact. Fill the shells with shredded cheddar cheese and cooked bacon. Place under the broiler until cheese bubbles. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with sour cream.
  7. Prepare BBQ Chicken Flatbread: Spread BBQ sauce evenly over flatbreads. Top with shredded cooked chicken, sliced red onions, and shredded cheese. Bake in a 400°F (200°C) oven for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crispy. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
  8. Make Guacamole & Chips: In a bowl, mash ripe avocados until smooth but slightly chunky. Stir in diced red onion, finely chopped jalapeño, lime juice, chopped cilantro, and salt to taste. Serve immediately with chips.
  9. Cook Mozzarella Stick Dippers: Bake frozen mozzarella sticks according to package instructions until golden and melted inside. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Prep ahead most appetizers and reheat to save time during your event.
  • Double popular items like Buffalo Chicken Dip and Mini Meatball Sliders as they tend to disappear quickly.
  • Use an air fryer to cook jalapeño poppers or mozzarella sticks to save oven space and reduce cooking time.
  • Adjust spice levels by removing seeds in jalapeños for milder flavor or adding extra hot sauce for more heat.
  • Store leftovers in airtight containers and reheat thoroughly before serving.
